The Graphtek 20|20 CMS Document tool allows you to upload a wide assortment of files including special forms and applications, preformatted fliers, maps or ads that contain artwork, and presentations.

The Documents can then be linked to Announcements, standard Web pages, News Releases and the like while Word and PowerPoint files can be posted. It's a good idea to convert files to PDF format so information cannot be altered after downloading.

This is an important feature for those who need a hard-copy version of a particular document, such as a pricing feature or newsletter. For example, a vendor may see that you are offering a new product or service. He can download and print a hard copy of that item and then show it to coworkers at a meeting or save it for later use.
