Sure, you want everyone to visit your Web site and sign up for your goods and services. But in today's marketplace, one size doesn't fit all. So, you need to have different categories of membership for your viewers.

The Graphtek 20|20 CMS Membership Manager solves this challenge. You can categorize individuals and groups for special listings. This is useful for specialized e-mailings, notifications, chat rooms and the like.

Add new member groups
It's easy to set up specific membership groups. There are a lot of different groups you need. There are customers, clients, vendors, suppliers, strategic alliances, to name just a few. Just open the membership tool, click on "member groups" and then "add new." What could be simpler?

It's just as easy to add members as it was to add a new group, and as you grow, so will your membership list. You know how important this list is to your business!

Edit a member's information
Search alphabetically for the member. When the member's record appears, add, change or delete information. Then just click "save." Information can include address, city, state, telephone number and the like.

Also, you can control a person's group memberships, for example as a contributor to a discussion board or only as a viewer of the board.

They can also be tagged for specific e-mailing lists, such as for news letters, news releases and catalogs.
