Publications differ from Documents in that they are regularly issued and can be referenced, indexed and sorted by date. What does that mean for you?

Well, examples might be monthly meeting agendas and minutes, newsletters, product specification sheets and the like. You know what's it's like and just how many publications there are.

In fact, the very number of different types can cause all sorts of problems for you. But once again, Graphtek 20|20 CMS comes to the rescue!

The Graphtek 20|20 CMS tool allows you to create various categories or groups of Publications, post new issues and archive old issues. There is even a way to allow a viewer to see a list of all newsletters, spec sheets, etc. posted to your site..

As with Documents, it’s safest to convert your Publications to PDF format before posting so people downloading them cannot change the content.
