That's why Graphtek 20|20 CMS has a Newsroom tool. You can post news releases, newsletters and other information right on your site. You can even categorize news releases, control the date the information “goes live” on your site and decide how you want the information to appear. You have the choice of posting current headlines on your home page, or headlines and brief abstracts with links to complete releases.
The tool also lets you decide how long site users may view news releases. Once news releases pass the "view" date, they are archived by month and year for easy user reference. Along those lines, your newsletter’s current issue will stay posted until publication of the next issue. Old newsletters are also archived by month and year.
Put a news summary on your home page This is sort of like CNN's Headline News. You can even summarize news releases on your home page. You can choose to display headlines only (with links to complete releases) or headlines and brief abstracts with links to complete releases.
